Do you do emergency callouts after hours?
Yes, 7 days a week including public holidays. After-hours callouts cost a bit more and we'll tell you the amount before we leave.
Will my insurance pay for a burst geyser?
Most home insurance covers it. We take the photos, write the report and send it to your insurer so you don't have to.
Do you issue plumbing compliance certificates?
Yes. Every geyser installation comes with a COC, and we do COC inspections when you sell your home.
How do I pay?
EFT, card on the spot, or cash. You only pay once the job is done and you're happy.
Is your work guaranteed?
All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If something we fixed fails, we come back and sort it at no cost.
